Vacation Pay Out 2019 Error

Aloha Gang,

You may be receiving an email from the company in regards to vacation rollover payouts. There were errors again with vacation time some:

Issues Identified:

    • 386 employees were overpaid in error as a result of payroll operations using full-time rates for part-time employees.

    • 128 employees requested carryover and payroll operations paid them out instead.

    • 283 employees were underpaid due to using incorrect balances in the payout process.

    • The total impact is 797 instances, that impact 700 employees.

So please check your February 28, 2020 paycheck if you were to have received the payout to make sure it is correct and or your holiday balance to make sure you had the correct carryover amount.

The company is supposed to emailing everyone personally if you do have an error and have not received an email by Friday. Email me and let me know please so I can help.
